At AfiyaAmirii, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or hair products that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, customized, or altered in any way.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• You receive an incorrect item.
• Your order arrives damaged due to an error on our part.

To request a replacement or refund, please email contact@afiyaamirii.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must email contact@afiyaamirii.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

After the 1-hour cancellation window, orders begin processing and cannot be canceled.
